Collecting and packing
- We collect your paper archive.
- You don't need to prepare anything, we'll take it with us in the state it is: including staples, folders, ring binders, ...
- The all-in price is valid for archives that are easily accessible on the ground floor or on + or -1 if no elevator.
Filing and saving
- We file your documents together with you so you can easily and quickly find everything.
- If necessary, you determine the destruction date for discarding your documents (legal retention periods, emotional retention periods).
- We store your documents in a secured Merak building.
- We destroy the relevant documents upon your request. You receive an approved certificate of this.
Retrieval and consultation
- Delivery: your documents are delivered the next business day.
- Scanning: your documents are available online within 24 hours of your request (starting at €37,20 per box of documents in A4 format).
- You can always pick up your documents from us for free.
- You manage your archive with our online tool, MyMerak
- You determine which employees have access to your MyMerak archive.
